We offer servicing for all fans and can be contacted by telephone or e-mail.

Before you call, please check that:

• The wheel is rotating the correct direction.
• The straps are tensioned correctly.
• The motor has been connected correctly, and that the motor’s voltage is correct for the mains power supply.
• All dampers in the duct system have been set correctly.
• The wheel is clean. If the fan vibrates, the wheel may need cleaning.
• The ambient temperature matches the requirements associated with the fan design.
• The fan is correctly set up, or is it askew?
